Coffee Roasting
Old Town Roasters purchases only the finest raw Arabica coffee beans and roasts them right on the premises in accordance to methods and standards that have been handed down for generations. Of course we also have our own secret recipes of blends and roasting techniques for use with the Ambex Roaster. Through the years we have found that Quality Control is best kept by small batch roasting. To some folks this seems like a lot of work, but to us it means having consistent flavor and body. Our customers really appreciate this and show us by always coming back for more.
